Does Council supply trees to residents?
Yes, Council allocates 2 free plants per property, per year.
In keeping with Council's strong commitment to the "Greening of Blacktown" Blacktown City residents are entitled to collect two free plants per household to plant around their homes each financial year. Residents can collect their annual allocation of plants from Council's Nursery (Kent Street, Blacktown inside the Showground). The Nursery is open to the public from 9am to 3pm Tuesday - Friday. Residents can only collect their annual allocation once per financial year from the nursery.
Proof of residence in the Blacktown LGA will be required (eg: Rate Notice, Drivers Licence).
