End of Term Report
The End of Term Report is prepared to give a comprehensive overview of the progress of Council's long term vision and Community Strategic Plan, along with the implementation of Council's Delivery Program over a council term.

Quadruple Bottom Line Report
Quadruple Bottom Line is a framework for sustainable development and management based on balancing social, environmental and economic wellbeing and good governance. Since 2009, our annual end of year reviews have included a report on a set of QBL measures and base line data relating to both Council and the Blacktown City community.
For 2015-16, the annual QBL report was incorporated in the 2012-2016 End of Term Report
