Proposed Construction Works to Provide for the Conservation and Adaptive re-use of Melrose, Seven Hills Road South, Seven Hills, NSW

CONTRACT NO. 32/2011.

Tenders are invited from contractors, with extensive heritage conservation experience, to undertake construction works at Melrose, an historically significant property situated at Seven Hills Road South, Seven Hills, NSW.

Plans, Specifications and related documents are available for the sum of $335.00 (non-refundable) from the ground floor counter, Council Administration Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

Inspection of the site by registered tenderers will be undertaken on Tuesday 13 December 2011, 10:00 am - 12 noon only.

The closing date for acceptance of tenders will be 12 noon on Wednesday 11^th January 2012.

Formal tender documents shall be endorsed and placed in a sealed envelope, addressed "Tender for Melrose, Seven Hills - Contract 32/2011" and placed in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre by the above stated time and date. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Tenderers and interested parties are invited to the opening of tenders, which will occur immediately after the tender closing time in the Ground Floor Foyer.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
