Hire of Bowman Hall

Quotes are invited and will be received by the undersigned until noon, 16 February 2011 for the hire of the Bowman Hall for New Year's Eve, 31 December 2011.

Quotes must be submitted on an application form and placed in a sealed envelope endorsed 'Quotes New Year's Eve 2011'. The sealed envelope should then be placed in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

Application forms and rules and conditions regarding the hiring of the hall are available on Council's website www.blacktown.nsw.gov.au under the heading of Hall Bookings or from the Blacktown City Information Centre Counter, also located on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre.

The highest quote may not necessarily be accepted.

Quotes received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The public are invited to be present for the opening of quotes immediately after closing time in the Ground Floor Foyer.
