Proposed Construction Works to provide for the extension to existing amenities building, International Peace Park, Seven Hills, NSW

CONTRACT NO. 20/2011.

Tenders are invited from contractors, with appropriate experience, to undertake construction works to extend an existing amenities building at International Peace Park, Jean Street, Seven Hills, NSW.

Plans, Specifications and related documents are available for the sum of $170.00 (non-refundable) from the ground floor counter, Council Administration Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

The closing date for acceptance of tenders will be 12 noon on Wednesday

19th October 2011.

Formal tender documents shall be endorsed and placed in a sealed envelope, addressed "Tender for Amenities Building, International Peace Park - Contract 20/2011" and placed in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre by the above stated time and date. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Tenderers and interested parties are invited to the opening of tenders, which will occur immediately after the tender closing time in the Ground Floor Foyer.
