Council invites tenders from experienced contractors to carry out Construction and Restoration of Concrete Works within Blacktown City Council area. This is a schedule of rates contract subject to rise & fall in costs.

Prospective tenderers can either download tender documents free of charge from www.tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc or obtain them from the counter on the ground floor of the Council Administration Centre at 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Council will charge a non-refundable document fee of $142.00 for hardcopy tender documents.

A pre-tender briefing meeting will be held in the Function Centre, Level 1, Max Webber Library, Cnr Flushcombe Road and Alpha Street, Blacktown at 9:30am on 7 December 2011. It is strongly recommended that all prospective tenderers attend this meeting. Prospective Tenderers must contact Mr Deva Withanage on 9839 6218 to register their participation in this meeting.

Tenderers can submit tenders either electronically via the above website or lodge hardcopy tenders in the Tender Box on the ground floor of the Administration Centre in a sealed envelope addressed "Contract No. 23/2011- Construction and Restoration of Concrete Works" before the close of tenders at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 21 December 2011.
