Lorikeet Marsh
Nurragingy Reserve is located four kilometres from Blacktown business centre and half a kilometre from Doonside Shopping Centre. Nurragingy Reserve was named after an Aboriginal elder from the South Creek Darug clan. Lorikeet Marsh is a natural wetland in the Blacktown Local Government Area. The native animals of the Eastern Creek Corridor have been reduced because of changes to and reductions in the numbers of their suitable habitats.
