Decorate Your Home Christmas Competition
The Blacktown City Council's 'Decorate your Home' Christmas competition has closed for another year.
The 'Decorate your Home' Christmas competition is an opportunity for local community to decorate their home for the festive season and is a great opportunity to promote the spirit of Christmas in Blacktown LGA by encouraging residence to see well decorated homes in their local area.
