Relay for Life

Once a year, in either late October or early November, Blacktown Council forms a partnership with The Cancer Council of NSW to conduct the Blacktown Relay for Life Event.

The event is about over 1,000 people giving up some of their time in a 24 hour period to walk laps, enjoy on - stage entertainment, play Bingo late into the evening and socialise even later into the evening and early morning to raise funds for Cancer Research.

In the past 6 years the Blacktown Relay has raised over $ 750,000 for this great cause.
