  Blacktown City Council has welcomed the announcement by Premier Barry O’Farrell that work will start on the North West Rail Link (NWRL) by the end of the year and asks that he ensures the planning process includes consideration of the link beyond Rouse Hill in order to maximise the benefit of the rail line to the future new residents of the North West Growth Centre.
