Travelling Ward FREE Tree Giveaways

Council's annual Travelling Ward FREE Tree Giveaways are on again, with residents able to pick up two free trees from a selection of native and exotic plants at various locations throughout August and September.

Council has five sites across Blacktown City, one in each Ward, where residents in the respective Ward, between 9.00am and 1.00pm can select tow trees from a range of native and exotic plants. There will 2,500 plants available to the first 1,250 residents at each Ward site, so first in first served.

Residents must bring proof of residency in the relevant Ward with them and a limit of two plants per residential allotment applies.

Ward One
9am - 1pm, Saturday, August 18
Harvey Park, Falmouth Road (next to Scout Hall), Quakers Hill

Ward Two
9am - 1pm, Saturday, August 25
Chifley Park, Lalor Park.

Ward Three
9am - 1pm, Saturday, September 1
Grantham Reserve, Seven Hills

Ward Four
9am - 1pm, Saturday, September 8
Anne Aquilina Reserve, Eastern Road, Rooty Hill

Ward Five
9am - 1pm, Saturday, September 15
Popondetta Park, Popendetta Road, Emerton
