Blacktown City Social Plan 2012

Blacktown City Council thanks you for your feedback and input to develop the Blacktown City Social Plan 2012, a key guide so that Council's can better understand and respond to their local community's needs and aspirations.

Over 1100 residents contributed by completing the Blacktown City Social Plan 2012 Survey. Results will be available late in 2012.

The Blacktown City Social Plan 2012 will provide a snapshot of our City's social situation and identify the opportunities, facilities and services to assist local people achieve their full potential, and to enhance community spirit.

The social plan will provide a direction for Council's Integrated Planning Framework and assist in the development of future Community Strategic Plans, Delivery Programs and Operational Plans. It will build on the previous plan, Blacktown City Social Plan 2007.
