The links below relate to the various forms for the most common applications for development and associated construction or subdivision approvals from Council. Each hyperlink will take you to the relevant form for that approval, which may be opened or downloaded using Adobe Acrobat - click here for Acrobat.
Once downloaded, these forms may be used to make application to Council, either by mail or by presentation of the relevant documentation at the service counter located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre. For further information in regard to the application process, including appropriate fees, please contact Council's Customer Information Centre on telephone number 9839 6000.
