Welcome to Council's home of Development and Construction related applications online. Herein you will find details of applications to Council for approval, together with those approved for development.
Plans for applications still on public notification may be inspected at the Blacktown City Information Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted. Submissions must be in writing and received by Council prior to 4.30pm on the closing day of the exhibition period. Submissions can also be forwarded to Council via email at council@blacktown.nsw.gov.au.
A submission by way of objection must set out the grounds of the objection. Details on how to make a submission, and the types of matters which may be raised may be found here:
