Draft Child Care Centre Development Controls
On 7 November 2007, Council resolved to prepare and exhibit a draft amendment to Blacktown Development Control Plan 2006 to further strengthen locational and design controls for Child Care Centres in the Residential Zones.
The draft DCP was exhibited from Wednesday 12 December 2007 to Wednesday 23 January 2008 at the Blacktown City Council Civic Centre.
