City Events

There is always something happening in Blacktown City for people of all ages and with varying interests.
Our City's celebrations on Australia Day are like no other, attracting over 40,000 people to The Rooty Hill for an afternoon of entertainment. The Blacktown City Show is our City's longest running event and is held over 3 days at the Blacktown Showground in late Summer. This event is followed by the nine day Blacktown City Festival in May which concludes with a huge street parade and festival day that takes over the Blacktown CBD.
