Blacktown City is one of the largest and most rapidly growing cities in Australia. With 47 residential suburbs and 300,000 residents, Blacktown City is the largest local government area by population in NSW. Over the next 15 - 20 years Council is expecting to accommodate the development of over 70,000 new residential lots, including a key role in the delivery of one of NSW's new Growth Centres known as the North West Growth Centre.
