Pay Your Rates

The Blacktown City Information Centre located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road Blacktown, will be open during rates instalment months each Saturday morning between the hours of 8.30am and 12.00noon for acceptance of rate payments and related enquiries.

Payment of rates and charges may be made using any of the following methods:

In Person At any Post Office
By Phone 13 18 16
On the Internet www.postbillpay.com.au

BPAY

Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

DIRECT DEBIT

  • Pay your rates account automatically from a nominated bank account.
  • Application forms are available from the Blacktown City Information Centre or they can be downloaded below. A separate application is required for each rateable property.
