Pay Your Rates
The Blacktown City Information Centre located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road Blacktown, will be open during rates instalment months each Saturday morning between the hours of 8.30am and 12.00noon for acceptance of rate payments and related enquiries.
Payment of rates and charges may be made using any of the following methods:

DIRECT DEBIT
- Pay your rates account automatically from a nominated bank account.
- Application forms are available from the Blacktown City Information Centre or they can be downloaded below. A separate application is required for each rateable property.
MAIL PAYMENTS
Direct to Locked Bag W128, Sydney NSW 1292.
PAYMENTS IN PERSON
Direct at the Blacktown City Information Centre.
BANK PAYMENTS
Payment to Westpac Bank.
