Aqua Aerobics

  • Deep Water:

    A cardiovascular and resistance workout while suspended by a buoyancy belt in deep water. No impact or jarring on joints. Minimal choreography. Resistance equipment will be utilised. Confidence in Deep Water required. An effective all over body workout.

  • Shallow Water:

    A cardiovascular and resistance session completed whilst in chest depth water. This environment reduces jarring on joints and is suitable for the beginner to advances aqua participant. Duration - 45 minutes
