Boot Camp is an outdoor training program designed to push participants out of their comfort zone and help them achieve a higher level of fitness than ever before. The sessions will involve military style drills, hill runs, team challenges obstacle and agility courses, pool drills, boxing and body-weighted exercises.

Recruits undergo fitness testing on their first day of training and are re-tested on the last day of the course to record their improvements. Boot Camp is suitable for all levels of fitness, with highly qualified Fitness Instructors pushing people to their limits to help them achieve their fitness goals.

All Recruits receive a Boot Camp Singlet, Pre and Post Fitness Testing, course completion Certificate and a delicious team breakfast.

Blacktown Aquatic Centre runs both morning and evening Boot Camp sessions.
