Group Fitness

Increase your motivation to exercise by participating in a group fitness class. Classes are available for all ages and fitness abilities.

Types of group fitness available include:
  • Boxing

    The Ultimate Outdoor Training Experience. A great combination of punching drills combined with a cardio workout. This class will burn calories as well as increase your strength, agility, speed and coordination. Challenge your whole body!

    A non impact weights class set to music. You select the weights you use, so this class can cater for all levels. The focus is on correct lifting techniques and high repetition. This class will help you increase strength and tone your body.

  • Yoga

    The class will consist of gentle stretching, correct breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation. Improve your body and mind awareness, increase your flexibility and help aid in stress management. Yoga is suitable for everyone.
