Pool
The Centre has two 50m pools and a toddlers pool. The Indoor Pool is heated all year round for your comfort. The pools are used for a range of different activities such as lap swimming, learn to swim, carnivals, aqua fitness classes and recreational swimming.
Indoor PoolWhether it be a big carnival or just a simple recreational swim, there's always plenty of space indoors. With spectator space to accommodate up to 900 spectators, you won't be able to hear yourself cheer when the big carnivals arrive! Did you also know that we've held movies and aerial theatre in this venue? |

Outdoor PoolNot many facilities have 2 x 50 metre pools. Blacktown Aquatic Centre has an outdoor 6-lane pool that is open from September through to May each year. This pool is great for the family picnic on the nearby grass lawns or even a wild and wacky mini-slide ride down in the shallow end. Like the fresh air and sun, then this pool is your classic Australian icon! |
Toddler's Pool
We look after the little ones too!
Covered for sun protection and within easy reach of supervising parents, our Toddlers Pool offers the little ones plenty of space to play and learn.
With ample picnic and seating surrounding and nearby to kiosk facilities, the kids can enjoy the safety of this purpose built pool as you set the family up for an enjoyable fun day out at Blacktown Aquatic Centre.
We encourage parental supervision at all times but don't forget that all our pools are supervised by qualified and trained Pool Lifeguards for your added safety.
