Public Forum

Residents of the Blacktown City Council area and ratepayers are able to make submissions to the Council on any matter.

In order to make a Submission at the Public Forum, Residents must first read the Public Forum Guidelines, which are available at the Customer Service Desk, located on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The form can also be downloaded in PDF format.

A Public Forum Submission Form must also be filled out before the Public Forum Commences, and must be signed by a Justice of the Peace no later than 6.30pm on the Evening of the meeting. A Justice of the Peace will be available to assist intending participants in completion of the forms from 5.45pm. The Public Forum Submission form is available at the Customer Service Desk, located on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The form can also be downloaded in PDF format.
