Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Council will be held at 7.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 7 November 2007
in the Council Chambers of the Civic Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.
The business of the meeting will include the presentation of the Audited Financial Reports and Auditor's
Report for the year ended 30 June, 2007.

Any persons may make submissions to Council with respect to the Council's Audited Financial Reports or the Auditor's Report.
Submissions in writing must be lodged with Council by Wednesday 14 November, 2007.
Submissions may also be forwarded to Council by email at council@blacktown.nsw.gov.au
