2009-2012 Management Plan
Blacktown City Council is dedicated to providing residents with the best possible living and working environments, as well as making plans for the future that promote the interests of those who live, work and play in the City.
The 2009-2012 Management Plan (including 09/10 Budget) was adoped by Council on the 17 of June 2009. It outlines how Council will allocate it's resources to service the City in a financially responsible and equitable manner, to ensure quality services and resources are delivered to our community.
