At Blacktown City Council we collect and store information relating to all our operations. A considerable amount of information is available for download from this web site. Many paper records are available for inspection at Council's Civic Centre, free of charge.

Your application may be either informal or formal. However you apply, we require your request in writing.

Pink Form - Use this form for all Property Information enquiries

 Application for Information Blue Form

Blue Form - Use this form for most information enquiries but not personal information or property (land) information

White Form - Only use this form for formal GIPA applications

Lodgment (Sending)

You may post, fax or hand deliver your completed application form. Contact details are available here.

Legislation about Access to Information

Access to information is primarily governed by the Government Information (Public Access) Act, the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act and the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act.

Fees

A wide range of documents are available to everyone free of charge. There are other documents such as private property information, for which a small charge applies.
