The Burbs Festival is back for Youth Week
Throughout the afternoon there will be live music across 3 stages, creative stalls, workshops, food, youth information, a zine fair, a 30 metre graffiti wall demo, mobile skate park and much more! All with free entry.
This year's Burbs Festival will also feature Blacktown's very first 'freecycle', a shop where all pre-loved clothes are free.

Celebrate Riverstone's Bicentenary with Heritage in the Park
As a part of the National Trust Heritage Festival and Riverstone Bicentenary celebrations, Council is hosting a Heritage in the Park event on Sunday, April 11 from 11am - 3pm at Lions Park, Riverstone.
The day will include live entertainment, antique cars, wood turning and blacksmith demonstrations, a petting farm, pony rides for the kids and a sausage sizzle thanks to Riverstone Lions Club.
The Blacktown City Bicentennial Museum will also be open on the day (located next to Lions Park) for visitors to view the great range of historical artefacts and great displays on our local history.
