Blacktown is a practical 'can do' City and our Vision is different. Council's primary commitment is to achieve our diverse goals through the delivery of tangible projects and programs that will leave a lasting community legacy.

As the City of Blacktown continues to grow, Council will be charged with the task of guiding future growth and ensuring the Vision becomes reality.

Council's commitment is evidenced by the implementation of an Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. This framework consists of a number of strategic planning documents that will ensure Council continues to work towards delivering the vision together.
