In late 2018, we hosted a forum aimed at identifying and highlighting key transport needs and challenges facing residents and businesses in Western Sydney, and in particular, Blacktown City.
The forum brought together transport providers, users, planners and academics, as well as representatives from government, industry and the community.
The forum identified the provision of major public transport infrastructure in the North West growth area and local connectivity with that road and rail infrastructure as being the major challenge to Blacktown City’s continued growth and development.
