Blacktown-Hills Home and Community Care Forum

We convene Home and Community Care forums specifically for community aged care organisations across Blacktown and Hills Shire Local Government Areas.

Service providers in these areas are encouraged to attend these forums to network, share information, promote new services, discuss issues and identify local strategies to enhance service delivery.

The forums for 2025 will be held monthly at 2 pm alternating in person and Microsoft Teams on the following dates:

In person - Thursday 26 June 2025

Online - Thursday 4 September 2025

In person - Thursday 30 October 2025
