Amended NWGC Precincts Planning Agreement DA-17-00672

In accordance with Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with Tallawong Ridge Pty Limited for the development of property at Lot 1 in DP 1227865, 111 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill, NSW.

The planning agreement relates to development application DA-17-00672 for the demolition of existing structures with Torrens title subdivision of 1 lot into 40 residential lots with associated subdivision works including road construction and earthworks.

 

The exhibition period will run from 22 August, 2017 to 19 September, 2017.

Parties wishing to make comment on the Amended NWGC Precincts Planning Agreement DA-17-00672 are invited to forward written submissions to Council by 5:30PM on 19 September, 2017. Please quote file reference: F16/2643 addressing your submission to:
