In accordance with Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a fourth Deed of Variation to the Marsden Park Planning Agreement with Stockland Development Pty Limited, for its Elara Development in Marsden Park.
The Draft Deed of Variation relates to the same Development the subject of the Planning Agreement, expanded to include the development of Precinct 5b (Stages 41, 42, 43 and 44) as a Staged DA and relates to the same land being Lot 113 in Deposited Plan 1190510, Lot 6 in Deposited Plan 235714 and Lots 3 and 4 in Deposited Plan 1191653, Marsden Park.
How to make a submission
The exhibition period will run from 17 January 2018 to 14 February 2018.
Parties wishing to make comment on the Fourth Deed of Variation to Elara Marsden Park Planning Agreement are invited to forward written submissions to Council by 5:30PM by 14 February 2018. Please quote file reference: F13/933 addressing your submission to:
