In accordance with Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with Shardan Pty Ltd for the development of property at Lots 6 to 17, 49, 50 & 51 Section 25 DP 1480 and parts of Victoria Street, Princes Street and Reuben Street Riverstone. 

The objective of the Draft Planning Agreement is to require the provision off-site stormwater drainage works on Council owned land, registration of easements to facilitate the operation of the stormwater drainage work, and the payment of monetary development contributions towards the administrative, maintenance, decommissioning and remediation costs of those works.

How to make a submission

The exhibition period will run from 26 September 2017 to 24 October 2017.  

Parties wishing to make comment on Planning Agreement are invited to forward written submissions to Council by 5:30PM by 24 October 2017. Please quote file reference: F17/2578 addressing your submission to:
