In accordance with Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with HBL Developments Pty Limited for the development of property at Lot 54 DP 30186, 160 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill NSW.
The planning agreement relates to development application DA-17-00470 for the construction of a torrens title subdivision to create 45 residential lots with tree removal, earthworks and road construction

The exhibition period will run from 26 September 2017 to 24 October 2017.
