In accordance with Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with Peppercorn Developments Pty Limited for the development of property at Lot 38 in DP 30186, 125 Tallawong Road Rouse Hill.
The planning agreement relates to development application DA-17-00840 for staged subdivision creating 47 residential lots, earthworks, road construction and drainage.
How to make a submission
The exhibition period will run from 12 December 2017 to 16 January 2018.
