In accordance with Section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with Universal Property Group Pty Limited, for the development of property at Lot 11 in DP 208727, 60 Conrad Road and Lot 899 in DP 1064458, Valour Place, Kellyville Ridge. 

The planning agreement relates to development application DA-13-01623 for demolition of existing structures and construction of an integrated housing development comprising 56 x 2 storey dwellings, Torrens title subdivision of lots 101-110, 201-213, 301-310 and community title subdivision of lots 2-18, construction of public roads and a community title road, landscaping and carparking over 5 stages, located at 60 Conrad Road, Kellyville Ridge.

The exhibition period runs from 18 May 2021 to 15 June 2021.

Parties wishing to comment on the WSUD and IWCM Planning Agreement are invited to forward written submissions to Council by 5:30PM, 3 June 2021. Please quote file reference: F15/1961 addressing your submission to:
