14 Chase Drive Acacia Gardens (Lot 3 DP 866387) Planning Agreement

In accordance with Section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with the Minister for Education for and on behalf of the State of New South Wales for development at Lot 3 in Deposited Plan 866387 being the land known as 14 Chase Drive, Acacia Gardens, NSW. 

The agreement improves the environment by the management and conservation of the State’s natural resources, and facilitates ecologically sustainable development by protecting the environment, including the conservation of threatened and other species of native animals and plants, ecological communities and their habitats.

The agreement relates to development application SPP-17-00040, for alterations and additions to the existing administration building and construction of a new learning hub.

The exhibition period will run from 16 April 2019 to 17 May 2019.
