In accordance with Section 7.5G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with:

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Estate 1 Pty Limited

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Estate 2 Pty Limited

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Estate 3 Pty Limited

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Pty Limited ATF the Cyan Stone Clydesdale Trust

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Development Pty Limited ATF the Cyan Stone Clydesdale Development Trust

  • Cyan Stone Clydesdale Holdings Pty Limited ATF the Cyan Stone Clydesdale Holdings Trust.

for their development at Lot 2 DP 260476, known as 1270 Richmond Road, Marsden Park NSW.

How to make a submission

The exhibition period will run from 17 October 2018 to 13 November 2018. 

Parties wishing to make comment are invited to forward written submissions to Council by 5.30 pm by 13 November 2018. Please quote file reference: F18/1089 addressing your submission to:
