Amended plans have been received for the subdivision of land into 545 Torrens title lots and 6 residue lots and associated subdivision works including earthworks, road construction, drainage construction and installation of utility services.
The proposed amendments include the subdivision of land to create 497 Torrens title lots and 6 residue lots in 7 stages, amendments to the proposed road layouts and reduction of earthworks. The proposed development is classified as "Integrated Development" under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required from the NSW Department of Industry - Lands and Waster under the Waster Management Act 2000.
This proposal is subject to NSW Land and Environment Court appeal 2018/10666. Any submission made will be presented to the Court.
The proposed development is classified as Nominated Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required by Land & Water, Department of Industry, under the Water Management Act 2000.
