Nominated Integrated Development involving demolition of existing structures, removal of trees, subdivision of land into 26 Torrens title lots including 23 Torrens title lots for industrial land use, and 3 Torrens title lots zoned SP2 Drainage and E2 Environmental Conservation) and associated earthworks, construction of new public roads and stormwater drainage works and landscape planting. The proposed development is classified as Nominated Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as it requires concurrent approval of the National Resources Access Regulator under the Water Management Act 2000.
