Staged development for alterations and additions to Western Grammar School including demolition of the existing single storey administration building, removal of all temporary demountable buildings, construction of two new school buildings and a basement staff car park with access off Bottles Road and increase student number from 320 to 550 with 20 additional staff.

The proposal is an Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requiring the concurrence of NSW Rural Fire Service under section 100B of Rural Fires Act 1997. The proposal seeks approval for a variation to the maximum permitted height of the building up to 33%. The determining authority for this development application is Blacktown Local Planning Panel.
