The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) has commenced its assessment of Council’s contributions plans:
- CP22L - Rouse Hill (Land)
- CP22W - Rouse Hill (Works)
Council publicly exhibited both plans during December 2017 and January 2018 and they have been in force since March 2018.
Council submitted both plans to IPART in April 2018.
IPART is trialing a formal public consultation period for this review.
