Any information included in submissions may be made available to third parties in accordance with relevant legislation.

A Disclosure Statement must be lodged by any person making a submission where a reportable political donation or gift has been made to certain people or organisations within 2 years before the submission is made. Subdivision of land into 30 residential lots, 1 residue lot and 1 environmental preservation lot, with associated earthworks, tree removal and drainage works.

Construction of 30 detached 2 storey dwellings on proposed Lots 1 - 30 and construction of a new road with cul-de-sac including road access to the proposed environmental preservation lot which is zoned E2 Environmental Protection.

The proposal is considered a Threatened Species Development under Clause 7.7(2) of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and is therefore an advertised development under Schedule 1, Clause 8 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

An appeal has been lodged with the NSW Land and Environment Court for the deemed refusal of the application. Any submission made will be presented to the Court.

The proposed development is classified as Integrated Development under section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required from the NSW Natural Resources Access Regulator under the Water Management Act 2000.

The consent authority will be the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
