In accordance with provisions contained in the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Council has revised its Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No.19 – Blacktown Growth Precinct.
The revised plan provides or updates details on the costs of land acquisitions and the provision of public amenities and services to the Blacktown Growth Precinct area. It also provides the revised Section 7.11 contribution rates proposed under the plan.
The exhibition period will run from 16 January 2019 to 13 February 2019. A copy of the draft plan is available for inspection at Council's Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.30 pm during the exhibition period.
How to make a submission
