WSUD and IWCM Planning Agreement DA-18-00753

In accordance with Section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a Planning Agreement with LEDA Holdings Pty Limited for development at proposed Lot 3 in a subdivision of Lot 22 in DP 250206, 91 Kurrajong Avenue, Mount Druitt NSW. 

The agreement provides a contribution towards regional Water Sensitive Urban Design and Integrated Water Cycle Management in lieu of on-site water control requirements under our Development Control Plan.

The agreement relates to development application DA-18-00753, for a new industrial unit development containing twenty five warehouse tenancies with ancillary office spaces, 83 car parking spaces, associated landscaping, tree removal and earthworks on proposed Lot 3.

The exhibition period will run from 18 September 2018 to 16 October 2018.
