Blacktown City Council is proposing to upgrade 6 local playgrounds.Funding has been allocated to replace the playground equipment and we are interested in your opinion about other minor improvements that you would like to see in the park. We will use this information to develop a plan for the playground upgrade and respondents will have the opportunity to comment on the draft plan.
The objective of the Draft Planning Agreement is to require the provision off-site stormwater drainage works on Council owned land, registration of easements to facilitate the operation of the stormwater drainage work, and the payment of monetary development contributions towards the administrative, maintenance, decommissioning and remediation costs of those works.
The planning agreement relates to development application DA-17-00470 for the construction of a torrens title subdivision to create 45 residential lots with tree removal, earthworks and road construction.
