Based on your feedback from the Survey in November 2017(PDF, 1MB) and the drop in design workshop in February 2018, CONVIC have come up with an exciting skate and youth space for the Riverstone Community.

The new multi-use youth and skate space with a variety of features to entertain all styles of wheels.

From mini ramp to manual pad this design has a range of features that will provide hours of fun for complete novices or even the most established riders. The open transition section mixes hips, banks, spines and pockets to allow a multitude of lines and flow.

At the other end of the park a clean plaza style set up combines features including a rail, wedge, ledge and slappy slider to give long linear lines that can be completed independently or in conjunction with the transition area.

This unique space provides something new for Riverstone and offers something different to the facilities that surround it. Careful consideration to feature selection and spacing will ensure there is something for everyone whether you want to skate, scoot or just a hang out.
