Development on notification
Plans for applications still on public notification may be inspected at the Blacktown City Information Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted.
Making a submission
Submissions must be in writing and received by Council prior to 5.30pm on the closing day of the exhibition period.
Submissions can also be forwarded to Council via email at email@example.com. A submission by way of objection must set out the grounds of the objection.

Any information included in submissions may be made available to third parties in accordance with relevant legislation
