This toolkit provides developers with the tools and resources to implement effective stormwater management as part of our Development Control Plan (DCP) Part J (Water Sensitive Urban Design and Integrated Water Management).
Within this toolkit is an array of tools and resources including our WSUD Standard Drawings, and developer information factsheets, in addition to the Small Scale Stormwater Quality Model (S3QM) on-line deemed to comply tool, that has been developed to streamline the development application process.
Outlines the different planning controls required in the North West Growth Centre, Western Sydney Employment Area and Blacktown LGA (infill areas), including the precinct scale water quality offset scheme
Explains the S3QM on-line tool designed to streamline the development assessment process. The tool identifies which stormwater related development controls are applicable, and then assists the user to develop a simple deemed to comply approach.
