Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get your workout done. 

Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton offer a range of classes suited to varied abilities, from beginner through to experienced, with low-impact and high-impact class options.

We also offer the internationally recognised Les Mills group fitness programs including Body CombatBody Pump, and RPM.

If you haven't tried Group Fitness before, simply let the instructor know so they can guide you through the class. You're bound to have a lot of fun and burn calories at the same time!
